Not only is a DUI emberassing but it’s a huge headache. It cost me and my family thousands of dollers to resolve and it was a never ending circle that I never thought I’d get out of. On a good note, I finally found the right attorney to help me with my mistake and resolve it. Trust me I went through a lot!

This is a terrible idea. Sentencing someone to the “scarlet letter” so that any and all people around them can condemn them. Employers can easily discriminate against them. Police can hunt them and cause other issues with them. Once this is passed, wont every other criminal eventually be branded as well?
People make mistake and the system makes them pay dearly with fines, jail time, etc. I see no description on how long this will be required. Is it 2 years, 5, or 10 or just for life? Should anyone be punished like that after already doing their time, paying their fines, going to their classes.

Cassidy’s blood alcohol content was over 0.08, doesn’t that make enough evidence? He may say that he was not drunk maybe because he has high tolerance for alcohol but he still is intoxicated.

At least there is a level for a consequence or punishment according to the blood alcohol content because a fair judgement for every person will be good.
